I spend a lot of my time helping folks make work better for themselves. Turns out, the answer in almost every case is to be more human. More human leadership, more human technology, more human connection. Embrace and celebrate our beautifully flawed nature. Do hard things together. Laugh. Play. Be curious. That’s how we create meaning, at work or anywhere else. That’s what being Prohuman means to me.
